How to Buy From Us
You have three options to get products from us.
Get your product delivered to your door as per our delivery schedule. We charge a very reasonable fee, but the schedule is limited to 3-4 times per year, approximately April-May, July and October. We do cover most of Ontario and part of Quebec (roughly in the area between Gatineau to Laval). This is a great option if you are able to plan ahead and do not need the product immediately. You can find our delivery schedule here. If you do not see your postal code, please email us for more information. Our delivery schedule is still being refined, and we are working to make it as efficient as possible. If you choose this option, we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible to ensure product availability.
Payment Method - If you do place your order online, you will need to complete your purchase with a credit card. If you wish to order now, and wait to pay just prior to delivery, call in or email us your order. You can then pay just before your confirmed delivery date by E-transfer or Credit card via a payment link that we email you. You can also pay cash when you receive your product.Pickup at our location in Millbank, Ontario. This can be done at your convenience at a prearranged time and date. Pickup is not available until approximately mid April.
Payment Method - Cash, E-transfer or Credit card via a payment link that we send you.Get your product shipped to your door by courier or Canada Post. Products are normally shipped within 3 days of placing your order. Shipping rates apply and will be calculated when you complete your purchase online. You can also email or call for shipping rates. We only ship within Canada at this time.
Additional Note - Air stage locations or remote areas may be charged an additional fee when shipping by courier or Canada Post. This charge will be on top of the shipping fee charged at checkout on the website, and will be billed to you separately prior to shipping. If you live in one of these areas, we recommend that you call or email prior to placing your order, in order to get the exact fee.
